Lending Money

We regularly have various projects in the United Kingdom. Of course, we often finance these with external capital (project financing). Are you interested in receiving an attractive interest rate on your money? Then you have the opportunity to lend us money at a favorable interest rate. We agree on the term in advance, so you know what to expect. And naturally, we provide securities; we personally co-sign for each project. Additionally, we grant mortgage rights on the properties for which we borrow money. You will, of course, receive an official appraisal report of the property, ensuring that your collateral has the correct value. This makes lending money to us relatively safe as there are sufficient securities in place. Please note! We are not supervised by the AFM (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets) and are therefore not regulated. Make sure to conduct your own research into our projects, as we are not a bank or investment institution!
